Windows 7 Compatibility
The Cyber-Rain controller and software will both work with Windows 7
provided you are using an upgraded access point (the part that attaches
to your computer). Upgraded access points can be easily identified by
their multi-color LED lights. Pictures of access points that are and are
not compatible with Windows 7 are shown to the right.
New access points can be purchased for $50 + shipping/tax. To obtain a new access point,
please call customer support at 1-877-888-1452 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm PST) or email us
